Stories, songs, and roars for little explorers. Join us for Summer Toddler Time on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 10:30 am. Ages are 18 months to 3 years. Give us a call to register your toddler today.

A program filled with magic, laughter, amazement, and of course dinosaurs. Must be signed up for Summer Reading Program to attend. Program is on Thursday June 11, 2026 starting at 2:00 pm. Program is for all ages.

The Children's Room will be closed from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm for a special event. It will re-open at 1:30 pm. Sorry for the inconvenience.  

Join us as a family for Konkle Movie Night on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 starting at 6:00 pm. Must be signed up for Summer Reading Program to attend. Snacks will be provided.

Join us for fun afternoon moving from station to station competing in dino games. Program is at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.  Ages are 3-12. Must be signed up for Summer Reading program to attend.

Join us for a fun morning competing from station to station in a whirl of dino games. Program is Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 10:30 am. Ages are 3-12. Must be signed up for summer reading program.

Celebrate the Nation's birthday by taking home a Take-and-make craft packet. Come in during the week starting June 29th and ending on July 2, 2026 to pick up and take home. One craft packet per child. Ages are 3 and up. Must be signed up for Summer Reading program.

We will be closed Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th. We will re-open Monday, July 6th at 10 am.

Audience participation, a touch of magic, and show and tell with rare fossils. Join us with field paleontologists, Mike & Roberta Straka, as they bring an educational and fun program to Konkle Library. Ages are 6-17. Must be signed up for Summer Reading program.

Looking for a fun family activity to do together? Join us for a free showing of "The Land Before Time." Movie starts at 6:00 pm and light refreshments will be served. Please stop by to sign up everybody who will be attending. Any questions, please call 570-368-1840.

Baby, it's HOT outside. Why not come and cool down at our used book sale on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Friends of the Library will be having a Longaberger Basket Raffle. Basket will be filled with Christmas holiday joy. Tickets are $1.00 a piece and benefit the library.
